Inviting Application for Research Associate (RA)
Project : “Molecular Identification and Characterization of virulence factors of tomato leaf curl virus”.
Duration: The Project will continue till December, 2013. The above mentioned position is completely temporary and is co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for a period of one year, but can be curtailed or extended based on the performance and discretion of the Competent Authority. Appointed person will be expected to stay in the lab for the entire period of the project.
Salary : - As per DST rules and guidelines for RA.
Qualifications : - Eligible candidates should have a PhD degree (candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis may also apply).
Candidates having experience in research works related to Molecular Virology / Plant Molecular Biology / Biochemistry will be preferred.
The competent authority may select candidate in the lower position against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
