1- Manager - Operations

BSc/BTech / MSc (chemistry/biology/biotechnology/microbiology)/ BPharm/ MBA (Biotech/Marketing).

2-4 years managerial experience.

Willingness to work night shifts  Willingness to travel and work long hours when required.

Functional skills:

Conceptual and technical knowledge of operational processes in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector Fair knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry (including market know-how, new product information, launches, etc.)

Hands-on experience in project management and Experience in providing training and development

Managerial skills:

Excellent project /resource/time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal/presentation/communication and writing skills.

Strong leadership qualities, collaboration, and team building skills

Strong conceptual, analytical, and decision making skills

Managers/ Senior Managers

Qualification:

PhDs from a reputed and well known university (mandatory) -- Ph.D. in biotechnology, molecular biology or immunology.

Post-doctoral research fellows preferred.

Functional skills:

Appreciation of the application of research in the biotech, biomedical, and pharmaceutical industry.

Appreciation of application to newly developed technology in R & D, application in drug discovery and development.

Appreciation of teamwork and the ability to work in small and large teams to achieve complex tasks.

Traveling and liaising with universities/pharma and biotech companies worldwide.

Good analytical skills and good communication skills.

Willing to relocate to Gurgaon (NCR)

Willing to work night shifts.

3- Market Research Associate / Analyst

Smart and dynamic with the ability to excel in team work, Goal oriented approach to work with very strong work ethics and Excellent analytical capabilities

BSc/BTech /MSc (chemistry/biology/biotechnology/microbiology)/ BPharm/MBA biotech.

Excellent communication/presentation skills with a commanding knowledge of English

Technically savvy and a working knowledge in computers.

Excellent knowledge in web-based resources for research and records

Resourceful with the ability to think “out-of-the-box”

Willing to take up extra responsibilities when required.

Flexible to a shift system of working 

Experience – 0--2 yrs

Knowledge of spoken French, German, or Japanese a plus
