Desired Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidate would be MSc/B.Tech/M.Tech-Biotechnology, BioProcess Engineering with following skills, attributes:
Knowledge over mammalian cell culture.
Knowledge mass transfer Expertise in bioreactor operation and using control and data acquisition and storage systems.
Ability to establish scale down and scale up of bioreactor operations.
Validation of lab and manufacturing scale bioreactors.
Knowledge of CIP/SIP.
Strong analytical thinking for trouble shooting problems.
Proven knowledge of GMP, equipment qualification and aseptic techniques in biologic manufacturing.
Well developed written and oral communication skills. Motivation to work in a team environment.
Good quantitative skills and familiarity to statistical based design of experiments
