The Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), a constituent establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, wishes to recruit Project Assistants Level-III on temporary basis to work in various sponsored/networked projects in this Institute as per details given below. Apart from the candidate selected in the project, a panel will be made, which will be operative for a maximum period of one year from the date of interview or another interview is conducted by the Institute for recruitment of similar positions in future, whichever is earlier.
1. Project Assistant Level-III (01 Position)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc (first class) in the area of Life Science/ Bio-Chemistry/Molecular Biology & Microbiology with minimum of 2 years research experience.
Desirable: Practical 2 years research experience in the areas mentioned above.
2. Project Assistant Level-II (02 Position)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc (first class) in the area of Life Science/ Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Bio-Technology/B.Tech(Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemical Engineering).
Desirable: Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above.
Stipend: For Level – II - Rs.10,000/- (fixed) per month
For Level – III - Rs. 12,000/- (fixed) per month
Age limit : For Level – II & III - 28 Years & 32 Years respectively as on 10.03.2010
(Relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/woman will be as per GOI Rules).
Such of the candidates who fulfils the eligibility conditions may please Walk-in-interview on 10.03.2010 (Wednesday) at 09.30 A.M. (Sharp) in the Seminar Hall of this Institute along with complete bio-data duly signed and Original certificates together with latest passport size photograph affixed on it and also enclosing photocopies of certificates/testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc. No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
Note: Result awaited/candidates without M.Sc Certificate are not eligible for interview.
