Job Description
(1) To supervise all the laboratory work done by Laboratory Technicians, Lab Assistants and other staff members working in the laboratory and to be responsible for the reliability and reproductibility of the laboratory reports.(2) The standardisation of various biochemical tests and assurance of internal and external quality control program and to carry out the special investigations.(4) To take care of the laboratory in relation of various machinary, chemical reagents, glasswares, general articles and keep up to date record.(5) Responsible for lab reagents preparation.(6) The Confirmation and Verification, Rechecking of abnormal sample reports.(7) To keep the up to date records of patient lab reports.(8) To inform higher authorities regarding laboratory problems requirement of chemicals reagents, machine maintenance and repairs.(9) Any other duties assigned by Head of the Department.
