Molecular Biology and Genetics Unit at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore invites applications for faculty positions in the field biological sciences. Preference will be given to scientists with training in cell biology, immunology and mammalian genetics. Selected candidates are expected to develop high quality research programs of their choice with an overall relevance to biomedical sciences.
JNCASR (http://www.jncasr.ac.in/mbgumain.php) offers multi-disciplinary scientific environment, excellent starting support and shared research facilities. The candidates are expected to establish strong, independent research activity and participate in teaching programs of the Unit. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in biology or a related discipline, a minimum of three years of postdoctoral research experience.
