The University reserves the right to cancel any of the examination centres and allot another centre closer to the centre cancelled.
Cost of each copy of Prospectus-cum-Application Form (Separate application is required for each course):
For General & OBC Category Rs. 400/- ; For SC/ST/PH Category Rs. 150/-
General Information: Detailed information is given in the Prospectus-cum-Application Form 2010-11. Candidates who are appearing in the final examination of the qualifying degree and expecting their results and certificates before 31st July 2010 are also eligible to apply.

Reservation of seats: Reservation of seats shall be as per the GOI/UGC norms for SC/ST/OBC/PH and wards/dependants of defence personnel, Kashmiri migrants and foreign nationals/NRIs. Few seats are also provided to the nominees from some UT/NE states. Relaxation in the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying degree examination is also provided for SC/ST/PH categories.

Hostel accommodation : Hostel accommodation is not guaranteed to all the students admitted due to paucity.

How to apply: Prospectus-cum-Application Forms can be obtained in person from the Academic Section, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Administration Building in the University Campus, Hyderabad – 500 046 against cash payment.

The Prospectus-cum-Application Form/s can also be obtained by ordinary post from the Dy. Registrar (Acad. & Exams), University of Hyderabad, P.O. Central University, Hyderabad – 500 046 by sending (a) a requisition, (b) one self-addressed adhesive sticker/slip, and (c) a crossed demand draft for the amount specified for the respective category i.e., Rs.450/- in the case

of General & OBC Category and Rs. 200/- in the case of SC/ST/PH categories for each copy of Prospectus-cum-Application Form which includes Rs. 50/- towards the ordinary postal charges, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, on State Bank of India, Hyderabad Central University Campus Branch, Hyderabad (Code 5916) or on Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch, Hyderabad (Code 378). The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be downloaded from the University's website (available from 07.4.2010 to 3.5.2010) and the duly filled in application must be sent to the Dy. Registrar (Acad. & Exams) to the above address enclosing a bank draft of Rs.200/- for each course in the case of General and OBC Category and Rs.75/- for each course in the case of SC/ST/PH categories, so as to reach him before 03-05-2010.
