Essential Qualification : Ph.D in any branch of Life Sciences.

Experience Required : 4 years postdoctoral research experience in the area of infectious diseases especially on molecular mechanisms of cell signaling.

Desirable Qualification/Experience : Working experience on visceral leishmaniasis.

Job requirement : The selected candidate will be required to be involved in projects dealing with the control of infectious diseases of social importance and various other topics related to the activity of the Institutte.

Age Limit : 40 years.

Reservation Status : Unreserved.

Pay Band : Rs. 15,600-39,100/-

Grade Pay : Rs. 7,600/-

Total Emoluments : The total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of all allowances would be approximately Rs. 55,000/-

Application fee Bank Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of Director, IICB payable at Kolkata.(The application fee is exempted for PH Candidate)
