Project Fellow
UGC research project, entitled “Identification and evaluation of the dysregulated functional modules in breast cancers by integrative gene expression network modelling”, to work under the guidance of Dr.G.Kumaresan, Principal Investigator.
Project duration: 3 Years,
Fellowship: 8000 Rs/month (consolidated).
Qualifications: First class M.Sc., in any branch of life sciences or Bioinformatics with hands-on experience in
(i) R-bio conductor, (ii) microarray data analysis tools & methods, (iii) dChip, (iv) MATLAB, and (iii) good application experience in biostatistics. Applicants with none of these experiences will not be considered.
Candidates with immense interest and willing to work with a challenging research group, and has thirst for a research career are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates cannot register for Ph.D., but will be encouraged to publish first authored research articles.
The initial contract is for a period of 3 months and will be extended based on the performance only.
