DBT sponsored project entitled “A virtual screening and docking method for incorporating pharmacophore features towards developing drugs (acetylcholinesterase inhibitor) of natural origin against Alzheimer’s disease”

The position is purely temporary and is tenable only for the duration of the project. The project period is from July 2010 to January 2011.

Qualification: M.Sc (First Class) in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Genomics, Biology, Biochemistry or related areas of Biological Sciences. Practical knowledge of is essential.

The candidate should have a strong theoretical background and working knowledge in Bioinformatics.

Fellowship: Rs. 12, 000/ pm + HRA
