Qualification Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology/Cellular Biology. Expertise in stem cell biology with generation of adult/postnatal stem cells, characterization and differentiation to pancreatic lineage. Expertise in small laboratory animal handling hand their surgeries. The Candidate must have prior knowledge of immunocytochemistry assays including confocal microscopy and FACS. Proficiency in various image processing software like ImagePro, Cell Quest Pro, Image J etc. Prior experience of Scanning electron microscopy and nono-biotechnology will be preferred. The Candidate must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and proficient in basic computer techniques. Candidate will be expected to bring a full dossier or portfolio of their work if called for the interview.

Job Profile The candidate must be able to generate primary cell cultures including stem cells. He/she must be able to carry out various biocompatibility tests, toxicity assays of various materials including nanoparticles and synthetic polymeric membrane.
