Maintenance Manager, Virchow Biotech (Qutbullapur, Hyd)

Job description:

1.       To approve / reject the Material Receipt Reports (MRRs)

2.       To approve or reject raw materials prior to issue for production, also in certain instances, approve materials conditionally in consultation with QA manager

3.       Approving the water analysis results

4.       To handle the change controls and out of specifications results

5.       To prepare and reviewing the departmental procedures

6.       To closely supervise the employee’s functions and training them as per the need

7.       Preparation of IP and FP work sheets for IFN and up gradation of the docs as per the requirement

8.       Planning, co-ordination and supervising the in-Process testing for IFN related products

9.       To establish stability study data for finished products for IFN

10.    To approve the in-process and finished product analytical reports and CoAs

11.    Co-ordination with QA for any regulatory requirement

12.    Audit preparations and active participations during the time of auditing
