Scientist, R&D – Bioanalytical, protein characterization
Desired Qualification & Exp
Ph.D. in Biology or related field. Minimum 2 years work experience in Industry preferred.
Job profile:
Analysis and characterization of biotherapeutic proteins, antibodies and large molecules for MNCs and pharma companies as well as development of new capabilities and generation of in-house data for marketing
The candidate should have proven experience in the following areas -
• Antibody characterization
• Biochemical Properties of therapeutic proteins
• Analysis and characterization of proteins by MALDI-TOF/TOF
• Development physical, chemical and analytical and bioanalytical methods for protein characterization,
• Bioanalytics and Stability testing
• PK profiling of large molecules using MS/MS and ELISA methods
A good track record with experience of large molecule bioanalysis is required, the candidate should have good communication, presentation and organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
