Scientist: R&D – in-vitro enzyme assays

Qualification& Exp: 

Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell biology or related field. Minimum 2 years work experience in Industry preferred.

Job Profile:

Developing in-vitro assays and conducting experiments related to small molecule screening and drug discovery.

The candidate should have experience in any of the following areas -

· Functional assays,

· Ca mobilization assays,

· GPCR binding assays.

· Enzyme assays.. Kinases, phosphotases and cytokines etc,,

· Cell based assays

Working knowledge of different assay technologies and detection formats, e.g HTRF, radiometric, absorbance, fluorescence would be a distinct advantage.

The applicant should have proven experience with good track record in the area of functional enzyme/receptor assays and cell based assays and is expected to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 - 4 years
