Qualifications
Essential: (i) 1st class M.Sc. in specialization of Food science & Nutrition / Biochemistry. (ii) Experience in community nutrition studies and in laboratory studies.
Desirable: 2 yrs experience in community nutrition studies.

Qualifications

Desirable: Bacterial taxonomy (Molecular Techniques) DNA sequencing, Real Time PCR, ELISA

ARI Research Project “MACS culture collection activity” (MIC-10), being operated in the Microbial Sciences Division, (Period initially for 2 years).
Qualifications
Essential: : B.Sc. 1st class in Microbiology, M.Sc. 1st Class in Microbiology, Ph.D in Microbiology / Biotechnology.
Desirable: Exp. in Microbial diversity using molecular techniques
Monthly Stipend – Rs.16,000/- +HRA.(likely to be revised)

(4) Research Associate [Post Code- RA/SP-183]
ICAR Karnal Project “Indo- Australian Project for root and establishment traits efficiency for greater water use efficiency in wheat ” (SP-183), being operated in the Genetics Group of Plant Sciences Division, (Period up to 31.03.2012).
Qualifications
Essential: : M.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Botany) with specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding / Physiology, Ph.D in Agriculture / Botany with specialization in Genetics & Plant Breeding / Crop Physiology
Desirable 1-2 year exp. in the field.
Monthly Stipend – Rs.16,000/- +HRA.(likely to be revised)
Age Limit – 35 Year
In case of non availability of qualified Research Associate, position/s may be filled at the lower level of SRF / JRF / Research Student with qualifications, Age Limit, Emoluments as per Institute Rules.
(5)Project Scientist [Post Code- PS/SP-166]
World Bank Sponsored Project “ Generating new wheat germplasm with enhanced draught/heat tolerance using AB genomes genetic diversity” (SP-166), being operated in the Genetics Group of Plant Sciences Division, (Period up to 15.10.2011).
Qualifications
Essential: : M.Sc. & Ph.D in Agriculture / Botany with specialization in Genetics & Plant Breeding
Desirable: 2 year exp. in the field crops. Monthly Stipend – Rs.30,000/- (fixed)Age Limit – 32 Year
NOTE :- Age Limit is relaxable for JRF, SRF, RA by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes, Women, Physically Handicapped & OBC applicants
