Job Description: Working within an interactive group format to generate high throughput, high quality and reproducible molecular characterization data on transgenic plants in support of event development pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have Industrial experience preferably in an area of transgenic characterization in plants and working knowledge of plant molecular biology and characterization methodologies such as PCR, real-time qPCR and Southern analyses.
Candidates who are excellent in oral and written communication, good record keeping ability, and a demonstrated history of delivering key results in a timely manner based on specified timelines will be given preference.
Qualification: MSc Plant Science/Agronomy/Genetics/Biotechnology or related disciplines with a strong exposure and working background related to molecular analytical techniques commonly used in plant molecular biology or equivalent amounts of relevant education and experience.
Experience: 3 - 7 years
