Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Rs. 12,000/- + HRA

DBT research project entitled “Role of Rhizobium and AM fungi as bioameliorators of salinity stress in Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp.” under my supervision w.e.f., June, 2010.

Qualifications: The candidate should be M.Sc. in Botany with at least 55% marks. Preference will be given to NET/SLET/Ph.D. (PU) entrance qualified candidates.

Duration of the Project: The tenure of the project is three years.

The application on plain paper giving detailed biodata along with attested copies of the testimonials should reach the undersigned by September 13, 2010 by 5:00 pm.

The interview shall be held on September 17, 2010 at 11.00 am in the office of the Chairman, Department of Botany, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

No T.A. & D.A. are permissible for attending the interview.

The rules and regulations as laid down by Panjab University and/or DBT, New Delhi will be applicable to the selected candidate.
