BBSRC CIDLID RESEARCH SCHEME ON DEVELOPING A VALIDATION PORTFOLIO TO EXPLOIT KEY VIRULENCE PROTEINS IN FASCIOLA SPECIES FOR PARASITE CONTROL

Walk in interview on 04.10.2010. The interview commits of written and oral examination.

Qualification: B.Sc. (any branch of life sciences)

Age: Below 30 years

Experience:

1. Preference will be given for those candidates having experience in  laboratory work and higher Qualification
2. Basic Computer knowledge

Duties and responsibilities:

Work involves.
1. Laboratory work
2. Field work
3. Logistics

Basic Parasitological, Immunological and Molecular work with respect to Fasciola species.

Place of work: Leptospirosis Research Laboratory, Centre for Animal Health Studies, TANUVAS, Madhavaram Milk Colony campus, Chennai – 600 051.

Terms and Condition:

1. Duration of this scheme is around three years
2. Purely on temporary basis
3. Salary Rs.9,000/- p.m (no allowances permitted)
4. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
