Research Associate (Bioinformatics): One

Rs. 24000+30% HRA

Qualifications

Essential: MSc Bioinformatics with atleast 3 years of research experience in genome analysis as evidenced from publications

Desirable:

1.Research experience in NGS genome data analysis, protein modeling and comparative genome analysis
2. Experience of working in LINUX and unix environments.
3.Experience in protein modeling softwares and knowledge of Perl/JAVA and
C++ languages

Essential: PhD in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/Related Subjects

Desirable:

Research experience in Genomics, Molecular biology DNA Marker Techniques

Knowledge of computer application.
