DBT Project Isolation and characterization of collagen and gelatin from aquatic sources and development to pharmaceutical and food grade products of commercial importance  operated at Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin, Kerala – 682 029.

Duration of the project : Up to 2013

(i) Essential: First Class in M.Sc (Biochemistry / Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry) /     M. F. Sc. (Fish Processing Technology / Post-Harvest Technology) / M.Sc. (Industrial Fisheries)      with NET qualification

(ii) Desirable: Experience in instrumental analysis; Experience in Analysis of fish and fishery products for biochemical parameters; Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis;

Date and time of interview : 7th December, 2010 ; 9.30 am

Consolidated Emoluments per month: Rs. 16000/- + HRA.
