1) Establishment of a Leaf Analysis Laboratory under ISOPOM
2) Strengthening of Oil Palm Seed Gardens for Indigenous Seed Production under ISOPOM

Essential Qualification: 

For the posts under Project at sl.No.1: Post Graduation in Agriculture/Biological Sciences
For the Post under Project (2): Post Graduation in Agriculture/Botany

Desirable qualification: 

For the posts under project at sl. No.1:

i) Knowledge about analysis of micro and Macro nutrients in plants
ii) Working knowledge of computers and use of equipments like AAS, Flame photometer, Spectrophotometer.

For the post under Project (2):
i) experience on Oil Palm or other Plantation Crops
ii) Working knowledge of computers

Fellowship (consolidated): Rs.12,000/- plus H.R.A.; (Rs. 14, 000/- after two years)
