Job Description :
Objective : To execute existing experiments and standardize new in-vitro experiments.
Key Result Areas :
1. Understanding novel targets, disease areas, pathphysiology.
2. Screening of compounds for the given project
3. Imparting training to juniors for the experiments
4. Setting up relevant in-vitro cellular & cell free assays.
5. Collation and analysis of experimental data, documentation
6. Standardization of new experiments
7. Troubleshooting for new and existing experiments
8. Literature Survey for project experiments
Desired Profile
Objective : To execute existing experiments and standardize new in-vitro experiments
Skills required : Knowledge of techniques related to tissue culture like ELISA, Western Blot, Purific Biochemical Techniques, handling top-count, ultra-centrifuge, Graphpad Prism. Handling instruments like plate readers, centrifuges. Having knowledge of cell signalling, molecular biology, protein purification.
General Background : Ph.D with 0-1yr of experience or M.Sc with 4-5yrs of relevant experience.

Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - M.Sc - Any Specialization
PG - M.Sc - Any Specialization
