Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/Research Associate (RA)

 

ICMR Project in the Indian Journal of Medical Research.

Essential :

For SRF : M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences with at least 2 years experience in research.

For RA : Ph.D with three years post doctoral research experience in any field of Life Sciences/Biological Sciences.

Desirable : Knowledge of IT/computers.

Age : Up to 35 years (as on 31-12-2010) for SRF

Up to 40 years (as on 31-12-2010) for RA

Salary : For SRF : Rs 14000/- per month (consolidated) plus HRA as per rules

For RA : Rs. 23,000 per month (consolidated) plus HRA as per rules

Candidates with Ph.D. degree fulfilling essential and desirable criteria shall be considered for RA.

The candidates fulfilling essential and desirable qualifications and experience are requested to attend the Walk-in interview at the ICMR Headquarters, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, on December 23, 2010 at 9:30 am. 

The selected candidate will work in the editorial section of the Indian Journal of Medical Research. He/she will be associated with the Journal and among other assignments, will help in the web-based editorial management of the journal.

The posts are purely temporary till the duration of the project and co-terminus with the project.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
