Area I: Pharmacognosy

Position I

Essential qualification Ist class M.Sc. in Botany. 

Desirable Knowledge of medicinal plants.

Position II

Essential qualification Ist class M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic) / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical/ Medicinal Chemistry/ Pharmacognosy

Desirable Knowledge of HPTLC/HPLC/GLC.

Area II: Plant Metabolomics

Essential qualification 1st class M.Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Life Science 

Desirable Knowledge of NMR spectroscopy, Mass spectrometry and chromatograph (HPLC/GC)

Area III: Plant Biodiversity and Conservation Biology

Essential qualification 1st class M.Sc. in Botany /Plant Sciences/Environmental Science/Plant Ecology/Biotechnology. 

Desirable Working knowledge on plant systematic/developmental biology/plant ecology/ data base preparation and computer application.

Stipend Rs. 12000/- p.m. / Rs.10,000/- p.m. consolidated.
