MoES Project Chemical and Pharmacological investigation of Indian Marine poisonous fishes

Project involves extensive field work. I

Duration of the project is upto March 2012.

Venue : S. N. Pradhan Centre for Neurosciences, University of Calcutta (Ballygunge Campus), 35, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata – 700 019

Eligibility –

(i) JRF - M. Sc. in any areas of Biological Sciences/ Chemistry. NET/GATE qualification is preferred;

(ii) SRF - M. Sc. in any stream of Biological Sciences with at least 2 years of research experience;

(iii) RA - PhD in Life Sciences with 2-3 publications in peer reviewed journal

Fellowships: JRF - Rs.12,000 per month + 15% HRA; SRF - Rs. 14,000 per month + 15% HRA and RA - Rs. 16,000 per month + 15% HRA as stipulated by the MoES and also per norms of this University.
