The following posts are to be filled up in “Centre for Promotion of Nutrition Research and Training (ICMR)” on purely temporary basis at its New Delhi/NOIDA Office. The Centre has been Coordinating various studies activities of National relevance in the field of nutrition and food safety. Besides, Centre has NABL accredited Lab where analysis of micronutrients, lipid profile etc. is being done. The incumbent would be responsible for coordination of Scientific activities field studies and laboratory work as per requirement.
(1) POST – Scientist – B (Research Scientist I – (Two)) up to 35 years of age at a fixed salary of @ Rs. 28,350/- + 30% HRA (Rs. 6300/-p.m.) total salary of Rs. 34,650/- p .m. fixed .(for Non - Medical) and @ Rs. 37,024/-+ 30% HRA (Rs. 6300/-p.m.) total salary of Rs. 43,324/-(for Medical) Qualifications- MBBS/1stclass M.Sc. (Food Nutrition/Child Development/Chemistry, Biochemistry) from a recognized University.
(2) POST - Programme Associate –(One) up to 35 years of age at a fixed salary of Rs.25,313/- p.m. Qualifications- M.Sc. (Food Nutrition/Child Development/Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry).
(3) POST – Technical Assistant (Research Assistant) – (One) up to 30 years of age at a fixed salary of Rs.19,481/- p.m. Qualifications –Three years Graduate Degree in Life Science/Home Science/Chemistry with two years experience/2 years diploma in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute.
(4) POST – Technician (A) – (One) up to 28 years of age at a fixed salary of Rs. 10,503/- p.m. Qualifications- Matric/S.S.C. with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology as Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board with one year. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) and one year experience in a Govt .recognized organization/ Institute/Medical College.
The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side without assigning any reason. Since the project is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project. No benefit of Provident Fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc .will be given. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per Govt. Rules. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk- in-personal discussion.
