Walk-in-interview for the Post of Technical Officer (Project) on 27th January 2011
NATIONAL BRAIN RESEARCH CENTRE (NBRC), Manesar- 122 050, Gurgaon requires a "Technical Officer (Project)" titled "Understanding signaling circuitries involved in transcriptional regulation of genes associated with survival and immune response in an inflammatory environment : Implications in gliblastoma progression".
Essential qualification : B.Sc. with 4 years experience in a Research Laboratory
Desirable :
- Experience in processing glioblastoma patient sample for Protein and DNA extraction.
- Expertise in Glioma cell cultutre, Western blot analysis, transfection of glioma cells
- Knowledge of bacterial culture, plasmid Isolation etc.
Age : Not more than 30 years as on 27th January 2011.
Emoluments : 
19,500/- p.m consolidated

Duration : The tenure will be for a period of 1 year initially. Further continuation depends on performance review and on mutual agreement. The post is coterminous with the project.
Other Benefits : Admissible as per rules of NBRC.
Eligible candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview at NBRC between 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. on 27th January 2011 alongwith their CV and all the required certificates in original and with a set of attested copies of such certificates/documents in support of their qualification and experience.
No TA/DA will be payable to the candidates for attending the interview.
