Job Description
He will implement analytical training modules for method development and validation, implement and continuously improve the technical training program under the guidance of Head of Mass Spectrometry Operations in India and also have cross functional reporting to Senior Scientists in Milford for Pharmaceutical Analysis.
The goal is to develop and validate challenging Bioanalytical methods using advanced tandem quadrupoles like Xevo TQ and Xevo TQ-S. We plan to write detailed application notes using the methods developed in for global distribution. It is also important that the person be able to work in a global environment, have ability to lead the team and interact with external customers during seminars, conferences and workshops.
Major Responsibilities:
· Provide Technical Leadership for the Bioanalytical Laboratory in Developing Challenging Bioanalytical Methods
· Ensure timely Delivery of Projects
· Write Application Notes and Scientific articles in peer reviewed journals
· Conduct Mass Spectrometry and Bioanalytical training to Waters employees and customers
· Work with Management to implement analyst qualification program for Bioanalytical and PKDM technical personnel to ensure analysts are qualified for corresponding job responsibilities.
· Maintain and continuously improve the training program on a routine basis.
· Oversee and coordinate the planning of training seminars.
· Function as in-house consultant for area of expertise
