Objective : Molecular biology methods are used extensively in modern day drug discovery, research and development, and diagnostics. This 2-weeks course is intended for college teaching personnel with some scientific background who are seeking basic and advanced- level molecular biology training and who wish to become conversant with the discipline. Upon completion ofthis course, you will have gained an understanding of techniques that are currently being utilized in the biotechnology and other allied biological sciences. You will be familiar with the concepts pertaining to basic molecular biology principles and techniques for understanding various contemporary areas of research and their applications.

Who can apply : Any person engaged in teaching of undergraduate courses in any biosciences can apply for the training course on the given application form. The application form can also be downloaded from the University website: www.mdurohtak.com

Registration : The registration fee for the course is Rs. 50001- (including boarding and lodging). Payments should be made in form of Demand Draft of due amount in favour of "Director, CBT, MDU, Rohtak", payable at Rohtak (Haryana). Kindly send a photocopy the Demand Draft of Registration fee amount along with the application fonn to the following address by April 2, 2011. The selected candidates need to send the original DD by registered post before joining the training course.
