Essential Qualifications  PhD in Botany / Marine Sciences (Marine Biology) / Limnology / Environmental Sciences.

Desirable Proven record of practical knowledge on fresh water phytoplankton taxonomy and related analyses. Working knowledge of computer.

Job requirement Participation in field work and cruises, sample collection and analyses of fresh (and marine) water phytoplankton. Assist scientists in their laboratory work.

Maximum age as on date of interview 35

Consolidated Stipend per month Rs. 20000
