OBJECTIVE The objective of training program is to give exposure to the participants  toconcepts, skills and tools of bioinformatics and to provide hands on training on various bioinformatics approaches such as protein sequence analysis, motif and domain prediction, physic-chemical characterization,  protein  structure prediction through online as well as offline tools and softwares, and post structural analysis of the protein structure.

Course Content :  Sequence analysis  Domain prediction Motif prediction Physico-chemical characterization Secondary structure prediction Tertiary structure prediction through online/ offline tools and softwares. Post structural analysis.
