Junior Research Fellow

DBT Research Project Understanding signaling circuitries involved in transcriptional regulation of genes associated with survival and immune response in an inflammatory environment : Implications in glioblastoma progression

Essential qualification : M.Sc in any branch of Life Science with First Class.Experience in R&D laboratory for at least 1 year.Expertise in mammalian cell culture and experimental Manipulation of cells

Desirable experience : Handling of glioma cell culture and experience of basic molecular biology techniques (eg. Protein isolation, Western blot, transfection etc.) desirable.

Age Limit : 27 years

Emoluments : 16,000/-

Duration : The tenure will be for a period of one year initially and Extendable on review and on mutual agreement. The post is co-terminus with the project.

Accommodation : The Junior Research Fellow may be provided with suitable accommodation in lieu of HRA on sharing basis, subject to availability.

Eligible candidates may appear for a walk in-interview at NBRC between 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. on 26th May 2011 along with their CV and all the required certificates in original and with a set of attested copies of such certificate / documents in support of their qualification and experience.

No TA / DA will be payable to the candidates for attending the interview.
