JRF Position in DBT Project

Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DBT funded project.

Project title  : ‘Preparation and characterization of peroxometal compounds and studies on their  biological significance in cellular signaling’.

P.I.  : Prof. N. S. Islam, Department of Chemical Sciences, Tezpur University.

Duration : 3 years

Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology with minimum 60% marks or  equivalent CGPA in aggregate.

Fellowship : Rs 16,000 + 10% HRA p.m. for the first two years (JRF) and Rs 18,000 + 10% HRA  p.m. for the 3rd year (SRF) will be applicable to NET/Gate/BET/BINC qualified    candidates.

Rs 12,000 + 10% HRA p.m. for the first two years and Rs 14,000 + 10% HRA p.m.  for the 3rd year (SRF) for other candidates.
