Junior Research Fellow

ICAR (NFBSRA) sponsored sub-project entitled “Development of pod borer resistant transgenic pigeonpea and chickpea” under Prof. Sampa Das, Division of Plant Biology. The approved duration of the project is three (03) years starting from 1st January 2011. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows.

Essential Qualification : A good M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with ICMR-PGI National Eligibility Test / CSIR-UGC NET / GATE qualification.

Fellowship : Rs. 16,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA and Medical benefit.

Age : Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
