Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

DBT funded research project on “Dual Conjugation of Cationic Lipid and Cell Penetrating Peptide to dsRNA Oligonucleotides for in Vivo siRNA Delivery’’

Qualified candidates can send their curriculum vitae via e-mail to hr@ilsresearch.org on or before 20th July, 2011. Suitable candidates will be called for interview to appear before the selection committee intimating the date at the Institute of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Duration: Two years

Responsibilities: Chemical synthesis of modified siRNA and general maintenance of RNA synthesizer.

Junior Research Fellowship: Rs. 15,600/- (Fixed) per month (inclusive of all).

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemical sciences from a recognized university/ institute. Should be willing to learn and able to work at the chemistry/biology interface.

Candidates with synthetic chemistry background having aptitude to learn siRNA biology
are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferable: Relevant research experience in the above mentioned areas

Experience: 0-2 years
