Project “ Nutrient profiling and evaluation of fish as a dietary component” an ICAR outreach research programme under XI plan in network mode at Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin, Kerala.
This project is aimed nutritional profiling of fish for use as health food. Applications are invited from candidates committed to hard work. The project involves travelling to different centres of operation to collect samples and to conduct survey.
