ABOUT THE CONFERENCE One day National level conference is organized with view of conceptualize on blooming radiance of modern biotechnology fields, which enthralls scientists, researchers through its sheer novel methods. The conference will cover a wide area encompassing biotechnology and its applications in all areas that impact human life. An important aspect of the conference is to understand how intelligent technological interventions in these fields help further Innovation in the post-genomic era. One of the main goals of the conference will be to foster lateral flow of scientific ideas between scientists and students.
Eminent researchers with International acclaim will speak at the conference. The conference spread over different sessions spanning a day will have plenary and invited lectures.
A Young Guns Symposium with five selected PhD scholars or post-doctoral researchers and young scientist under the age of 35 years will be invited to present their research papers; based on review by expert judges, one speaker will be awarded a Young Gun Prize. In addition, three poster sessions will be held and the number of posters per session will be restricted to thirty in-orders to provide adequate time for discussion and review. One poster in each session will be awarded a Best Poster Prize. The posters will be accepted for presentation after peer-review.
TOPICS FOR SCIENTIFIC DISCUSSION Plant Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology, Micropropagation, novel transformation technologies, Phytochemistry/metabolic engineering, genomics and proteomics for trait improvement and functional studies on plant responses to abiotic stress, Plant produced
vaccines, in vitro secondary metabolite production, cytotoxic and pharamacological assays for plant produced metabolites. Inhibition of viral replication with bioactive compounds, Bioremediation, Disease and immune systems, Bioinformatics and drug design, nanotechnology and microarray, and related topics.
CALL FOR PAPERS: The original research paper(s) should contain the objectives of the paper, methods followed, results and the significance under different headed sections. The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
Author affiliations should be clearly mentioned. Corresponding author email should be underlined and presenting (if different from the corresponding author) author name should be clearly indicated. Only four key words should be provided. Calibri font @12 sizes should be strictly used. The word file should be saved in 97-2003 word format or 2007 docX format. All the delegates participating in the conference have to register themselves by paying the registration fee. Registration includes conference kit, refreshments during session breaks, working lunch (Excluding accommodation)
