Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of One Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in a research project entitled “Use of RNAi technology in developing low phytate soybean and rice” (Sanction No. NFBSFARA/RANi-2011/2011-12).

Qualification : M.Sc. (minimum 55% marks) in Botany/Agri-Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Plant Biotechnology/ Genetics / Biochemistry. NET/GATE qualified preferable.

Remuneration – 16000/-pm (I&II year) and 18000/- p.m. (III year onwards) plus admissible allowances as per sanction of the funding agency and also as per norms of Calcutta University.
