Recruitment of Junior Research Fellows and Field Assistants

Walk-in-interviews are proposed to be conducted to recruit Junior Research Fellows and Field Assistants for the research projects at Institute of Forest Genetics & Tree Breeding, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), as scheduled below:

Junior Research Fellows – 9 Posts:

Essential: 1st Class Master Degree in the following disciplines :

Forestry/Botany/ Plant Sciences/ Biotechnology /Bio- Chemistry/ Microbiology/Microbial Biotechnology/ Gene Technology/Genomics/ Agricultural Microbiology/ Environmental Sciences.

Desirable : Please see the Institute's website for project-wise desirable requirement.

Age : 28 years as on 15th November, 2011 (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and
3 years for OBC candidates).

Emoluments: Rs.12,000/- p.m
