SRF: PG with two years experience (Rs.14000/-+ 10% HRA)
JRF: PG degree – (Rs.12000/-+10% HRA)

Essential: M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Botany, Agricultural Botany/ Biotechnology/ Plant Pathology.

Desirable: Experience in wheat breeding /biotechnology/ pathology. Basic knowledge of computer applications in agricultural research.

M.Sc. in Plant Pathology/Mycology for Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology/Mycology.

Desirable: Working experience in wheat disease.

Terms and conditions:

i. The age should be maximum 40 years (Relaxation in age as per Govt. norms for reserved category)
a) For SRF – 35 Years for Men
b) 40 Years for Women
c) For RAs – 40 Years
d) For 45 Years for Women
ii. The applicants must bring with them original documents and a brief report of research work done during post graduation, and latest two passports size photographs.
iii. Number of positions is tentative and there are possibilities of increase or decrease.
iv. A panel of selected candidates will also be made which may be utilized for filling of positions of shorter duration in future if demand arises.
v. NOC from the employer shall be produced in case the candidate is employed elsewhere.
vi. Experience certificate in original, if any particularly for SRF posts under DBT project.
vii. The above positions are purely on temporary basis and are co-terminus with the project.
viii. The continuation of the positions depends upon the progress reviewed every six months. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.

ix. Any other clarifications can be had on the date of interview.
