Candidates are invited for recruitment to the following temporary post in the project entitled “Systematic Documentation of Traditional Knowledge Related to Plants Used for Food and AYUSH & Indigenous Medicine” sanctioned to KSCSTE by Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, to be operated at JNTBGRI (Project Code – A 114).
| Junior Research Fellow | 1 | 28 yrs | M.Sc. Botany/Plant Science with minimum 60% marks. Candidates should have good organizational and communication skill. Desirable – experience in field work related to Plant Taxonomy, Ethnobotany /Ethnomedicine, systematic documentation of Traditional Knowledge and preparation of database. | Rs. 12,000/- per month |
Age limit – calculated as on 1stJanuary 2012 (Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms). Interested candidates may appear for a Walk-in-Interview on 02/01/2012, 10 AM at Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute with application, updated CV, original and attested copies of certificates and mark lists and proof of age. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
