WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
It is proposed to fill up one post of “Junior Research Fellow” under the scheme entitled “Structural Characterization & evaluation of toxin produced by Colletotrichum falcatum for Sugarcane red rot disease management” by Walk-in-Interview at Sugarcane Breeding Institute, Coimbatore-7 (Tamilnadu) on 29.06.2012 at 9.00 AM.
JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
1. No. of Post : 1 (One) no.
2. Duration : 3 Years (upto March 2015 or till winding up of the scheme whichever is earlier)
Essential Qualifications M.Sc in Agriculture or any Life Sciences course with Specialization in Plant Pathology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / or M.Tech Biotechnology.
4. Desirable Qualifications: 1.CSIR-NET or any other equivalent qualification.
2.Research experience in fungal secondary metabolites
and chromatographic techniques viz., HPLC,GC-MS etc.
4 Remuneration : 16000/- + 20% HRA per month for first and second year.
18000/- + 20% HRA per month for third year.
6. Age : 35 Years for Men & 40 Years for Women. The age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
Terms and conditions:
1. The candidates should bring a copy of bio-data, original certificates, one set of photocopies of certificates, experience certificate and latest passport size photograph at the time of interview.
2. No objection certificate from the employer, incase he / she is in employment elsewhere.
3. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate to attend the Walk-in-interview.
