Vacancies for Research Associate/ SRF/JRF at Department of Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Research Associate/ SRF/JRF for (DBT) Centre of Excellence in the area of “Production of designer biopolymers from renewable resources” at Department of Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology, IIT Delhi, New Delhi which will majorly focus on mass production of bio/co polymers by microbial sources.

Research Associate: - Ph.D. degree in Biochemical /Chemical Engineering/Industrial Microbiology/Industrial Biotechnology/Fermentation Technology/Biotechnology

OR

M.Tech. in Biochemical /Chemical Engineering/Industrial Microbiology/Industrial Biotechnology/Fermentation Technology with three years of experience in the operation of laboratory / large scale fermentation experiments and sample analysis using GC/HPLC.

Emoluments – Rs 22,000 fixed per month + 30 % HRA

SRF :- M.Tech in Biochemical /Chemical Engineering/Industrial Microbiology/Industrial Biotechnology/Fermentation Technology

OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology with two year experience (as JRF) in the operation of laboratory / large scale fermentation experiments and sample analysis using GC/HPLC.

Desirable – NET/GATE qualified

Emoluments – Rs 14,000 fixed per month + 30 % HRA

JRF :- B.E. / B.Tech. in Biochemical /Chemical Engineering/Industrial Microbiology/Industrial Biotechnology/Fermentation Technology/Biotechnology

or M.Sc. Biotechnology

Desirable – NET/GATE qualified

Emoluments – Rs 12,000 fixed per month + 30 % HRA
