DBT Project
Deciphering the interplay between biofilm matrix component and small RNA in biofilm regulation and
catabolic gene expression in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 for phenanthrene degradation.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Essential Qualification (s):
M.Sc./M.Tech (or equivalent) in Life Science/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biological Sciences/ Biochemistry/Zoology/ Animal Science / Botany/ Genetics/ Environmental Science OR,any other related branch of biological science with minimum 60% of marks or 6.5 CGPA in 10 point scale with valid GATE score or NET certificate of CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/ICAR (LS/JRF).
Experience / Software / Skillset & Desirable Qualification:
Prior experience in Microbiology/ Biofilm biology/ Bioremediation/ Bacterial cell biology/ Molecular biology/ molecular and biophysical techniques (PCR, RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunofluorescence, Electrophoresis, Gene cloning, Mutant development, spectroscopy etc.) will be preferred.
