A motivated and skilled candidate is invited to apply for the position of Project Technical Support III under an ICMR-funded Small Grants project titled “Development of immunochemical reagents for a multiplexed assay to detect carbapenem resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii” at Department of Biotechnology at Bennett University, Greater Noida under the supervision of Dr. Vaishali Verma. The position is contractual for an initial duration of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression and purification, antibody development, immunoassays, and preliminary multiplex assay development.
Eligibility: Candidates with a three-year graduate degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Microbiology with three years of relevant experience, or a postgraduate degree in these disciplines.
Desirable skills include theoretical understanding of protein expression, purification, and immunoassays.
Age limit: 35 years. Remuneration: Rs. 28,000 per month + 20% HRA.
