Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (one post) and laboratory technician (one post) in Sleep Research Laboratory in the School of Life Sciences, JNU under DBT funded project entitled "Molecular mechanisms of sleep-dependent consolidation of contextual fear-conditioning in mice". Candidates will be selected as per the guidelines issued by the Govt. of India.

Essential Qualifications for JRF:

Post graduate degree (M.Sc.) in biological sciences with NET/GATE

Or

B.Tech/M.tech in related filed with GATE.

Minimum Qualifications for laboratory technician:

10^th pass and should be proficient in handling laboratory equipments and animals (rat, mice etc).

Duration of the project: Three years
