JRF POSITION OPEN FOR TEMPORARY RESEARCH PROJECT IN BIOSCIENCES & BIOENGINEERING

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to work as a Junior Research Fellow in a DST funded Research Project entitled "A THERAPEUTIC APPROACH FOR TARGETING RNA THAT CAUSES NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES".

The project work will be focused on chemical biology and structural biology using
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometry. This work may advance drug
discovery and our understanding of pathogenesis by providing an effective strategy to target neurological diseases.

Stipend: Rs. 16,000/- + 20% HRA per month

Duration of the project: Three years

Eligibility: Academically good Master degree in Structural Biology/Biotechnology/Chemical Biology/Chemistry. ICMR/CSIR/UGC-NET or valid GATE Score candidates will be given preference. Interested candidate for PhD program are encouraged to apply.

Age limit: 28 years Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate as per Govt. of India instructions.
