DEPARTMENT OF PLANT PHYSIOLOGY, COLLEGE OF BASIC SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES, G.B.PANT UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, PANTNAGAR, UTTARAKHAND 263 145

Applications are invited for the following temporary post in UGC funded research project entitled “In vitro multiplication and antioxidative response of Withania somnifera and Rauvolfia serpentina under drought stress” The appointment shall be given on six monthly review basis.

Candidates fulfilling the following qualification are requested to submit their applications on plain paper in the format given below on or before 17-10-2012 to Dr. Deepti Shankhdhar, Principle Investigator, Department of Plant Physiology, CBSH, G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar-263 145,U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhand.

Project Fellow

Rs. 14000.00 for initial two years and Rs. 16000 for third year onwards

Master degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) or M.Phil in the subject concerned or a related subject.

Preference will be given to M.Sc. Plant Physiology with experience in plant tissue culture
