Desirable: Knowledge of Insect genetics, physiology, rearing and bioassay techniques with evidence; NET Qualified
2. Dr. G.T. Gujar: Contract project on evaluation of Bt transgenics
JRF One
Rs.10000/- p.m. consolidated
Essential: B.Sc. in Life Sciences
Desirable: Knowledge of insect rearing, microbial techniques, biochemical techniques.
3. National Facility on insect rearing and xenobiotic-cumtransgenic bioassays
JRF One
Rs 7,560/-p.m. (consolidated)
Essential: B.Sc. in Life Sciences
Desirable: Knowledge of insect rearing, microbial techniques, biochemical techniques.
Age: Maximum 35 years for SRF and 30 years for JRF.
Upper Age limit relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman/women as per govt. rule.
The above positions are purely temporary and will be made for a period of one year or period till termination of their projects which ever is less. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointments at this institute as the positions are co-terminus with respective Project/ Schemes.
