Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India funded project entitled “Study of Arsenic resistant rhizobacterial diversity responsible for arsenic speciation in the paddy fields of Nadia district and identification of suitable bacterial strains for As bioremediation having
plant growth promoting activities”.
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Microbiology from any recognized University with at least 55 % marks with NET/GATE qualification. Candidate having working experience in the field of Environmental Microbiology and Molecular Biology will be preferred.
Emoluments: Rs.16,000/- per month + 10% HRA initially for two years, thereafter the post may be upgraded to SRF in the third year.
Terms and conditions: No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
